Please review this policy carefully to understand what applies to you as a healthcare provider (“Provider”) or as a non-healthcare provider (e.g., patient of a Provider) when you use the Website.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that is protected health information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Any collected information that constitutes PHI is governed by, and will be used and disclosed solely as permitted under, the business associate agreement between InSight + Regroup and Provider, as required by law, to safeguard PHI. For more information about the privacy of PHI, please contact your Provider. Additionally, this Privacy Policy does not describe the practices of third parties that may collect information from you when you interact with them, including Providers. Any information provided directly to a Provider is treated in accordance with that Provider’s privacy practices and we encourage you to ask the Provider for information about their practices before providing any information to them.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the effective date set forth at the top of this Privacy Policy. InSight + Regroup reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised versions of this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted on the Website or as otherwise stated in the revised Privacy Policy. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by providing notice through the Website, updating the “Effective Date” above, or by sending an email notification. As a result, although we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with the Website or that is stored by us. Any information you transmit through the Website or upload for storage in connection with the Website is at your own risk. Do Not Track
Many newer web browsers may have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. InSight + Regroup does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.
