We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you use the interactive areas and features of the Website, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.
If you use the Website as a Provider, we also collect information when you create a Provider account. The information we collect includes but is not limited to your name, company name, address, email address, phone number, qualifications and any other information you choose to provide.

When you access or use our Website, we automatically collect information about you, including:
Log Information: We collect log information about your use of the Website, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Website.

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Website or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S.

b. In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process;

InSight + Regroup takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Despite these measures, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from us via the Website or email, or any electronic storage system, cannot be guaranteed. As a result, although we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with the Website or that is stored by us. Any information you transmit through the Website or upload for storage in connection with the Website is at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Privacy Questions” section below.
Do Not Track
Many newer web browsers may have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. InSight + Regroup does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.
Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so by emailing email@example.com, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
